Working with children is much more than a job to me, it is part of my life. I’ve always loved the sound of children’s laughter, and watching them play.

After the birth of my daughter Evie, I left my city career behind me, and opened Mulberry Bush Childminding. These were some of the most precious years of my life.

When my second Ofsted inspection came around I was rewarded with an ‘Outstanding’. The inspector encouraged me to take a route into teaching, and I went to work at my local primary school. As much as I loved it, I missed the little ones terribly. It was here I decided to start my own pre-school, and Mulberry Bush Pre-school was born. I have worked in childcare for over 16 years now, and I can’t think of anything else I’d rather do.

I want to make a difference, and I am dedicated and passionate about providing the very highest standards for all our children. I am so very proud of how far we have come since opening our doors in September 2014, and to be able to work with such an amazing team of practitioners.
